Sea World is an amusement park that claims to protect sea animals, but judging from recent events, is that really true?

A recent documentary, Blackfish, was released in theaters over summer in 2013. This documentary tells about Tilikum, a captive killer whale, living at Sea World, who was torn away from his family at age 2 and was driven crazy. Not very many people knew about Blackfish until millions saw it on CNN. People stopped going to Sea World and this caused them to lose money.

A group called PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) responded against Sea World. By now, Sea World was not doing well. Therefore, they allegedly paid a spy to infiltrate PETA. Thomas Jones was caught and arrested as Sea World's spy for over 2 years. PETA accused Jones of being Paul T. McComb an employee at Sea World. Sea World did not deny these allegations.
